| 摘 要： | 因特网上的新闻传播在产生极大的同时存在着四个问题：第一，由于网络新闻传播的跨国性质和数字化特性，各国的立法监管效果有限。第二网络新闻传播的跨国性质因为化的异质性造成交流隔闵进而引起化冲突。第三这汉语新闻在网络新闻传播中比例极小，不利于民族化的继承和发扬，第四，刚才新闻传播在我国的受众总数和涵盖范围极小，网络新闻传播符合人类社会化传播的发展规律，网络媒体只有整合传统媒体失和能解决上述四个问题。

| Abstract: | The news communication on the Internet causes great influence as well as four problems: First, the supervision over Internet by laws in many countries seems impotent because of its international and digital characters. Second, the international character of news communication on the Internet causes cultural conflicts due to heterogeneity of different cultures. Third, on the Internet, news communication is usually kept in of English rather than in Chinese, and it will hinder the development of Chinese culture. Fourth, the influence of news communication is limited since the number of Internet users in China is small currently. To solve these above problems, the Internet media must adopt the advantages of the traditional media. |
