| 摘 要： | 董必武法制思想包括：依法办事是加强法制的中心环节，必须做以“有法可依”和“絷地必严”；建国后的一段时期法制不健全的历史根源是轻视法制的心理，社会根源是小资产阶级法律虚无主义思想；法制建设必须加强和改善党的领导，处理好的领导和依法办事的关系。董必武的法制思想对今天的法制建设仍具有重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | Dong Biwu's legal ideology includes as follows: First, to execute on the basis of law is the key link to strengthen the legal system. For this reason,laws must be enacted for legal basis and enforced strictly.Secondly, the historical root of the unsound legal system sometime after the establishment of China existed in the disdain for laws, however,the social root lay in the legalnihilism of petty bourgeoisie. Thirdly, legal construction requires that the leadership of the CPC be reinforced and improved so as to strengthen the relations between the Patry's leadership and the execution according to law well.Dong Bi-wu's legal ideology is still of momentous theoretical and practical significance for today's legal construction. |
