| 摘 要： | 作者以自己长期基层文化站工作经历为基础，列举了农村文化建设上存在的问题，以女性独特的视角。敏锐的观察，理性地剖析了农村文化发展现状以覆存在问题的原因，进而对在新农村文化建设之机，区级图书馆如何更好地发挥作用以及农村图书室的建设进行思考。作者有的放矢，办法针对性强，切合实际，比较详细具体，易于操作和实战。
