| 摘 要： | 随着社会发展和科技进步的加快，项目管理的内容要求不断的增加与完善，加快项目进度对现代项目管理建设具有重要意义。为了实现某些项目对于进度的特殊要求，在对工程项目进度管理进行相对深入的研究后，强调在基于进度优先的原则下，对其进行了理论上的优化与管理要求的细化，从而达到了进度优先、三控到位的理论要求。
