| 摘 要： | 以黄冈职业技术学院电子信息学院电子技术专业"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式方面的探索为例,确定"校企合作、工学结合"的办学体制,确定应用电子技术专业发展方向,制定人才培养目标,构建工学结合特色的课程体系,落实工学结合实施的保障措施,提高了电子技术专业人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | Taking the training mode of ＂school-enterprise cooperation,work-integrated learning＇by the electronic technology major of Electronic Information School of Huanggang Polytechnic College, the paper explores into how to improve the quality of talent cultivation by establishing the school-running system of ＂school -enterprise cooperation, work -integrated learning＂, determining the development orientation of electronic technology major, deciding the goal of talent cultivation, building curriculum system characterized by school-enterprise cooperation model and implementing measures to ensure the work-integrated. |
