| 摘 要： | 军民融合是中国经济转型的核心战略,也是推动产业结构优化升级的重要举措,从而使各区域军民融合企业与产业结构的发展状况备受关注。选取国泰安数据库中2008—2016年278家军民融合上市企业为研究样本,利用耦合关联模型,并从经济、人才、技术、市场4个层面构建军民融合与产业结构系统的指标体系,分别对两类军民融合企业与各区域产业结构之间的耦合关联关系进行测度分析。结果表明,东、中、西部军民融合企业与产业结构的耦合度尚存在差异,但总体来看均经历从磨合阶段提升至协调阶段再跌落到磨合阶段的发展过程,技术创新水平是制约两个系统耦合发展的关键因素。该模型科学地评估了各区域军民融合企业与产业结构的发展状况,丰富了军民融合与产业结构发展关系的量化研究。

| Abstract: | Military-civilian integration is the core strategy of China’s economic transformation and an important measure to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.Therefore,the development of military-civilian integrated enterprises and industrial structures in various regions has attracted much attention.Select 278 military-civilian integration listed companies in GTA database from 2008 to 2016 as the research sample,use the coupling and correlation model,and build the index system of military-civilian integration and industrial structure system from the four levels of economy,talent,technology and market.Measure and analyze the coupling relationship between the military-civilian integration enterprise and the industrial structure of each region.The results show that there is still a difference in the degree of coupling between the eastern,central,and western military-civilian integrated enterprises and the industrial structure,but in general,they have experienced the development process from the running-in stage to the coordination stage and then falling to the running-in stage.The key factor for the development of a system coupling.The model scientifically evaluates the development status of military-civilian integration enterprises and industrial structure in various regions,and enriches the quantitative research on the relationship between military-civilian integration and industrial structure development. |
