微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术在仪器分析教学中的实践

摘    要:从“新工科”建设的新形势及要求出发,分析了传统仪器分析课程教学现状和面临的挑战。依托天津大学分析测试中心的校级分析测试公共服务平台开设仪器分析类课程,将硬件资源转化为育人优势。基于微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术设置理论教学和应用实践紧密结合的实验教学环节,改善实验课程缺失的现状,切实将仪器分析课程和学生的科研工作密切联系,以培养符合时代要求的新型工程技术人才。

Abstract:Based on the requirements under the background"new engineering",the current situation and challenges of the traditional instrument analysis course are analyzed.The instrument analysis course has been offered relying on the analysis and test public platform which is developed by Analysis and Testing Center of Tianjin University.The hardware resources are transformed into the advantages of education.The experimental teaching with the combination of theoretical teaching and application practice has been provided based on the microwave digestion with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry technology.This study is aimed at improving the lack of experiment in instrument analysis course,and effectively combining the instrument analysis course with the scientific research for students,so as to cultivate new engineering and technical talents in line with the requirements of the times.
