| 摘 要： | 电子商务专业实践教学是培养学生的实操和创新能力的一个基本要求。在实现实操和创新能力提升过程中有必要强化学生认知能力培养的创新训练教育理念,并提出注重专业认知能力提升、注重与学科竞赛相结合、注重校企合作的就业创业商务实践的3层级递进的人才培养策略。通过实操和创新能力提升,实现专业与岗位相通、教学过程与企业运营相通、实践内容与职业标准相通,高校与地方政府融合、教学单位与企业单位融合、教学内容与实操和创新训练融合,最终实现毕业生高质量就业。

| Abstract: | The practical teaching of e-commerce specialty is to cultivate students’practical and innovative abilities.It is necessary to run through the innovative training education concept of students’cognitive ability training in the process of practical operation and innovation ability improvement.This paper puts forward the strategy of talent cultivation and exploration which focuses on professional cognitive ability,combines subject competition with three-level progressive in the employment,entrepreneurship and business practice of school enterprise cooperation.To realize the communication between major and post,between teaching process and enterprise operation,between practical content and professional standards,between universities and local governments,between teaching units and enterprise units,between teaching content and practical operation and innovation training,we can improve students’practical operation and innovation ability.Finally,we will achieve high-quality employment for graduates. |
