摘    要:我国已形成世界上规模最大的互联水电系统,其调度运行具有系统规模庞大、电站数目众多、限制运行复杂等特征。该文运用数字地球、计算机通信、人工智能等现代信息技术,构建了涵盖"基础信息维护、水文特性分析、水文综合预报、多尺度联合调度、运行效益分析、风险评估决策"等全周期业务体系的水电系统全景调度综合实验平台。长期应用结果表明,该平台有利于学生深化理论基础、凝练创新成果、提升实践能力,为水利水电工程培养复合型专业人才提供了一种切实可用的方法。

Abstract:China has formed the largest interconnected hydropower system in the world, and its dispatching operation has the characteristics of large scale, large number of power stations, complex restricted operation, etc. In this paper, by using modern information technologies such as digital earth, computer communication, artificial intelligence, etc., an integrated experimental platform for hydropower system panoramic dispatching is constructed, which covers "Basic information maintenance, hydrological characteristics analysis, hydrological comprehensive forecast, multi-scale joint dispatching, operation benefit analysis, risk assessment and decision-making". The long-term application results show that the platform is helpful for students to deepen the theoretical basis, condense innovative achievements, and enhance practical ability, which provides a practical and available method for training compound talents in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
