| 摘 要： | 欧盟的规范性力量使得欧盟成为国际社会中不同于美国霸权的一极,欧盟对于规范性世界的倡导使得欧盟在国际社会中成为了"向善"的力量,并通过对规范的传播与输出,欧盟规范性力量在世界范围内不断壮大。反观中国"和平崛起"概念的输出与建立,由于缺少价值观导向内涵,相比之下显得单薄。为消除"中国威胁"论,建立"和平崛起"的形象,将价值观导向注入中国"和平崛起"战略中显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | EU＇s Normative Power has made EU a different world force from US hegemony in international community. The advocacy of establishing a normative world makes EU a power for good in the international community. By transmitting and exporting norms, EU＇s normative power has gathered its strength worldwide. The diffusion of China＇s concept of peaceful rise, in contrast, seems not so recognized in the world due to its lack of universal values. To eliminate various versions of the theory of China threat and to establish an image of peaceful rise, it＇s important to infuse the strategy of China＇s peaceful rise with the corresponding value orientation. |
