| 摘 要： | 高校学生宿舍由单一的居住功能逐步发展成集文化娱乐休闲、学习思想交流、集体生活起居为一体的内涵丰富的大学生生活社区。在完善制度建设、建立高素质管理队伍的基础上，强化以人为本的服务意识，倡导社区管理“三自”为本、齐抓共管，打造平安社区、优化育人环境，搞好信息智能化管理，做好思想政治文化工作，落实监督考核管理机制，着力构建和谐学生生活社区，对充分发挥高校全员育人、管理育人、服务育人、文化育人、环境育人的功能具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | College students＇ dormitories serve more than the rooms for lodging and have been gradually developed into a community of life serving different functions including entertainment, studying, exchanging views on learning and group living. To build a harmonious community for college students, it is suggested that system construction be perfected, establish high-quality management team be established and the people- oriented service awareness be strengthened . Apart from all these, it is also proposed that a safe community be constructed, a good environment for education be optimized, the management through information technology be implemented and the excellent supervision and assessment management system be established. With these efforts, the aim to establish a harmonious college student community can be achieved. |
