| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前职业学校中职与高职混合办学模式下，生源质量多样性的新形势．提出了职业学校在管理模式上的缺陷，如制度的片面性．校园活动缺少层次性．班主任管理工作缺乏灵活性，高职生缺少激励平台等．并针对以上问题进行研究，提出了适当的解决方法。

| Abstract: | In view of the new situation of various students＇ qualities under the mode of secondary and higher vocational integrated education, this paper proposes the disadvantages of vocational school management mode, such as one-sided system, non-stratified campus activity, inflexible head teacher management and shortage of stimulation for students. In view of the ＇above problems, this paper proposes appropriate solutions. |
