摘 要: | 情感教育是教师通向学生心灵的桥梁.是教师从事学生管理工作的特殊艺术。师生问感情相通,才会引起双方心灵的共鸣。情感教育充分体现了柔性管理.在帮助学生成长成才的道路上发挥巨大的作用,尤其能够促进师生之间互相理解、互相关心、互相支持。高职院校学生管理工作者由于其教育对象的特殊性,更应该运用情感教育.将管理的“管”淡化,将“理”升华,以爱为先,真正体现以生为本.使学生心悦诚服,增强管理教育的实效性,从而将管理水平提高到新的台阶。

Abstract: | As a special art in student management, affective education is the bridge connecting the mind of the teacher with that of students. Affective education manifests tender management, so it plays an important role in students' growth. This paper discusses the application of affective education in higher vocational college and its sublimation in improving college student management. |
