| 摘 要： | 抓住规律是解决问题的前提。大学生成长和成才．同样有其自身规律。高等教育和高校教育工作者．要善于通过探索和思考．把握大学生成长的规律．通过行之有效的教育对策，帮助大学生全面发展。本文中．笔者阐释了高职院校大学生的成长规律．学生如何进行自我成长规划．特别是高等教育工作者如何把握这些规律．采取切实可行的措施．帮助大学生成长。

| Abstract: | Understanding the law is the precondition of resolving problems. The growth and development of college students also obey certain law. Educators of colleges and universities should understand the law of growth of the college students to work out an effective educational strategy to promote the students＇ all-round development. In this paper, the following issues are in- terpreted by the author： what the law of growth of students of higher vocational colleges is; how the students plan for their serf-growth; and how educators grasp the law and adopt feasible measures to help the students grow. |
