| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以后，传统意义上的图书馆向数字化发展。这种变化对图书馆人的素养提出了新的要求，未来的图书馆人要有良好的专业思想与道德素养；文化和科学素养；信息素养；能力素养；身心素养才能满足新时期图书馆工作的需要。

The tendency demands the librarians to possess new qualities, such as occupational morals, specialized skills, culture and science qualities, information quality as well as physiology quality so as to meet with the requirements set by the new century. |
