| 摘 要： | 旅游业的可持续发展离不开旅游人才的培养,旅游人才的培养质量则主要取决于高校旅游管理专业的人才培养模式。面对旅游业快速发展对旅游人才素质提出的新要求,应用型大学旅游管理专业须应对挑战,创新应用型人才培养模式,不断提高人才培养质量,进而推动我国旅游业持续快速健康地发展。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development of tourism can not be separated from the training of tourism professionals, the quality of tourism talents are mainly depends on talent - cultivation model in institutions of higher education. Faced with the new requirements for the tourism personnel quality , the major of tourism management in institutions of higher education have to deal with the challen- ges, innovative tourism talent - cultivation mode, and continuously improve the quality of personnel training in order to promote the development in tourism industry. |
