| 摘 要： | 团组织活力提升,是当前共青团面临的重要课题。高校班级团支部是高校团组织的基本单位,直接紧密联系广大团员青年,团支部的活力直接影响和决定了高校团组织的活力。高校应积极实施＂五个一＂工程,即突出一项职能,创建一个特色,用好一个平台,加强一项保障,建好一支队伍,全面提升团支部的活力,充分发挥其战斗堡垒作用。

| Abstract: | Vitality improvement is an important topic for the current Communist Youth League. Class Youth League branches at universities are the basic unit for university Youth League, and they have a direct relationship with Youth League members, so the vitality of Youth League branches directly influences and determines the vitality of university Youth League. The university should actively implement the ＂Five No.1＂ project, namely,breakthrough of a skill, establishment of a characteristic, well operation of a platform, strengthening of a guarantee, and construction of a team, so as to comprehensively improve the vitality of Youth League branches, and give full play to their role of leadership. |
