| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难是一个非常复杂的社会现象,其中大学生非专业素质欠缺是一种重要的原因。本文以高职院校毕业生就业为导向,就非专业素质与求职就业关系,在高职院校毕业生中和嘉兴地区部分用人单位开展了双向调查并进行分析,从而提出了一些培养高职院校毕业生非专业素质的对策。

| Abstract: | College students＇ difficult employment is a complex social phenomenon, an important cause of which is college students＇ lack of non-professional qualities. Oriented by higher vocational college graduates＇ employment, with regard to the relationship between non-professional qualities and employment,this paper carried out a bidirectional investigation and analysis on higher vocational college graduates and some employers in Jiaxing, in order to propose some countermeasures to cultivate higher vocational college graduates＇ non-professional qualities. |
