| 摘 要： | 虽然现在大力提倡无纸化办公,但是纸质文件依然大行其道,并且承载了相当多的敏感甚至机密的信息。本系统利用RFID技术的远距离探测,并借鉴成熟的图书管理体系,采用了文件监控与安全报警的方法,安全高效地实现了纸质涉密文件的流转管理和安全管理,降低了泄密事件的发生率,提高了纸质涉密文件的管理效率。

| Abstract: | The paperless office is vigorously advocated currently,but paper files still prevail and convey a considerable amount of sensitive and even confidential information. Using the remote detection of Radio Frequency Identification（RFID）technology, referring to the perfect book management system, this system adopts the method of file monitoring and security alert, thus safely realizing the circulation management and safety management of paper confidential files, reducing the incidence rate of secret divulgence, and improving the efficiency of paper confidential files management. |
