| 摘 要： | 该文从素质教育的角度提出：对大学生终身（终生身体）体育的意识培养，应激发学生运碧芑趣．要关注学生运动爱好和专长的形成，并养成良好的锻炼身体的习惯，多渠道丰富学生的体育知识，构建校园体育文化氛围，陶冶学生情操，培养大学生热爱体育活动和欣赏体育的能力。

| Abstract: | Concerning quality-oriented education,the following are stated in this paper: for cultivating college students' consciousness of lifetime sports,we should inspire their interest,pay attention to sports preference and specialty,as well as getting into habit of physical exercise,enrich their sports knowledge,construct campus sports culture,edify their sentiment and cultivate their passion for sports as well as sports appreciation ability. |
