高职"双师型"教师队伍建设探究

摘    要:当前,人们对职业教育"双师型"教师的重要性有了明确的认识,但在现实中,职业教育院校教师"双师型"素质状况不容乐观。通过考察美、德、日等国对高职院校教师职业资格的要求,针对我国高职教育教师队伍的现状,作者提出,要加强高职教师资格的认证,规范教师的培养和聘用过程,加强职前培训和在岗培训。

Abstract:Although the importance of the "bi-qualified" teachers for vocational education is generally recognized now,the quality of such teachers in China's vocational colleges is far from satisfactory.Based on a survey of the teachers' vocational requirements of the vocational colleges in the US,Germany and Japan,the paper lists the measures to improve the status-quo according to the present vocational teaching staff quality in China.Such measures include: stepping up the certification of vocational college teachers,regulating the development and employment,and reinforcing pre-post and in-service trainings.
