| 摘 要： | 一个国家的行政权的实施效率,不仅依赖于行政执法的强制力,而且依赖于该国的经济发展制度。良好的经济发展制度有助于行政权的实施;劣质的经济发展制度会有害于行政权的实施,一个国家应当培养、扶持良好取向的经济发展制度,使其成为主流的国家制度,从而节约行政权的实施成本,建设和谐社会。

| Abstract: | The enforcing efficiency of administrative power not only is relied on the strict of administrative enforcement,but also is relied on the economic developing in the state.The good-oriental of the economic developing can help the enforcing efficiency of administrative power;the bad-oriental of the economic developing can hold down the enforcing efficiency of administrative power.The government must foster and develop the good-oriental economic developing,and make it becoming the main-stream national institution.Then,it can reduce the enforcing expenses of the administrative power and leads to the social harmony. |
