| 摘 要： | “素质教育”和“健康第一”是新课程标准的目标和原则。体操课程又是体育教育专业的主干课程之一,并占有非常重要的地位。从体操课程改革方向出发,对体操课程的现状进行分析研究,结合中学体育教学特点,构想了体操课程改革框架：（1）重新修订体操课程教学计划;（2）调整体操课程的教学时数和项目内容;（3）加快改革步伐,以适应当前中学体育教学与社会体育对体操课程的需求。

| Abstract: | "Quality-oriented education" and "Healthy first" are the aim and principle of the standard of new courses.Gymnastics course is one of the main coures in PE and it plays a very important role in the major of PE.The paper analysizes the situation of gymnastics course for the reform. Combining the characteristics of PE teaching in middle school,it make animagination of the reform,and then draw the condusion that we should:(1)revise the plan of gymnastics course teaching;(2)adjust the teaching lessons and contents of gymnastics course;(3)fasten the steps of the reform to adapt the gymnastics course to the needs of today's junior school PE teaching and social PE. |
