摘    要:自我调节学习是当前教育心理学研究的重要课题之一,探讨高等师范院校大学生自我调节学习能力具有重要的理论意义与实践价值.高等师范院校大学生自我调节学习能力的培养关系到个体的终身教育,需要从自我意识、内部动机、学习策略、意志品质等内部条件着手,也需要从影响自我调节学习的外部条件着手.

Abstract:Self-regulation learning is one of the important subject of current educational psychological research,probing into self-regulation learning ability of students which is in the normal university have important theoretical meaning and practical value.The training of self-regulation learning ability of the students which is in the normal university concerns the lifelong education of individual,which need to begin from the internal conditions such as self consciousness,internal motivation learning strategy and will quality,also need to begin from the external condition that influence self-regulation learning.
