民营企业劳资纠纷群体性事件的应对分析

摘    要:近年来,民营企业频频爆发劳资纠纷群体性事件,由于民营企业内部管理制度不健全、劳动者维权意识增强等原因,形成了群体性事件中农民工为主要参与者、围绕着经济利益展开以及突发性强、持续时间短等特点。应对民营企业劳资纠纷群体性事件,不仅要及时处理现场情况,而且需要提高劳动者素质、改进民营企业管理水平以及完善相关劳动法律法规。

Abstract:In recent years,the private enterprise labor disputes frequently outbreak mass incidents,because the private enterprise internal management system is not sound,labor rights consciousness enhancement,the formation of the migrant workers as the main participants in mass incidents,revolves around the economic interests and the characteristics of the sudden strong,short duration. To deal with mass incidents,the private enterprise labor disputes is not only to timely handle the scene situation,but also need to improve the quality of the laborers,improve management of private enterprise and the related labor laws and regulations.
