| 摘 要： | "临空经济"是一种新的经济形态,是依托大机场的人流、物流优势而发展起来的特定区域的经济.从世界范围来看,临空经济正在成为一个国家和地区经济增长的发动机,呈现出较强的发展趋势.综合来看,郑州临空经济的发展尚处于初始阶段,还面临着许多困难.因此,我们应该充分发挥政府职能作用,完善临空经济发展的领导与协调机制;制定总体规划,打造"点-线-面"的临空经济发展格局;成立航空物流、贸易保税加工区;完善临空经济基础设施建设;积极培育壮大重点产业,提高临空经济发展的层次.
