| 摘 要： | 运用博弈论的分析方法,引入企业的合作系数,分析该系数对企业建立技术联盟的影响,提出技术联盟能够推动技术进步的关键在于多个影响因素对合作系数的综合作用,并对合作系数的决定因素进行分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the Game Theory, this article introduces the coefficient of cooperation to analyze establishment of technology alliance. It puts forward the key that whether technology alliance can promote technological progress lies in the comprehensive effects of multi-factors to coefficient of cooperation,and analyzes the determining factors of coefficient of cooperation. |
