| 摘 要： | 本文对政府采购法律制度和促进自主创新法律制度的价值追求以及两者间的法律价值冲突进行分析,得出自主创新产品政府采购法律制度是解决以上法律价值冲突的产物的结论.同时对我国自主创新产品政府采购法律制度情况进行梳理,对<关于广东省自主创新产品政府采购的若干意见>的特点、预期运行效果与障碍进行探讨.
