| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和案例分析法对学校体育伤害事故赔偿与学校体育保险救济问题进行研究,分析后认为,体育保险将是解决学校体育伤害事故赔偿纠纷的有效途径。但是我国体育法制建设的滞后直接影响到体育保险市场的健康发展,而保险公司缺乏开发体育市场的专业人才也是导致我国体育保险发展速度缓慢的主要原因。

| Abstract: | This paper made a legal analysis of school sports injury compensation and school sports insurance.It was proposed that sports insurance was the best way to settle school sports injury compensation disputes. However,the imperfect sports law system in China had delayed the development of the sports insurance and the lack of experts in the insurance company to develop the sports insurance market had lagged the sports insurance behind. |
