| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯女子高等教育经历了一个多世纪发展,在数量、比例、专业、层次方面均取得了较大成就。苏联解体以来,女性对社会政治、经济体制变化具备了一定的适应性,所选专业主要分布在人文和社科领域,随着教育层次的提高女性人数与比例逐渐减少,目前存在的主要问题集中在就业方面。

| Abstract: | Russian women＇s higher education has experienced more than a century and made great achievements in the number,proportion,professional and the levels.Since the disintegrationof the Soviet Union,the women have a certain amount of adaptability on the changes of the social politics,economic system;the professionals which their selected mainly in the areas of humanities and social sciences;with the educational levels increased,the number and proportion of women gradually decreased.At present the main problems focus on the employment. |
