教师评价的研究与探讨

摘    要:目前比较普遍的教师评价制度奖惩性教师评价和发展性教师评价都有其合理成分,同时又存在问题。为了全面客观地进行教师评价,可以采用多途径、多主体来评价教师。教师评价主体的形式有领导评价、同行评价、学生评价、教师自我评价。新的教师评价的框架由能力、积极性与工作态度、业绩构成。评价内容包括教师对教科书、日常生活、人生道路等方面的指导能力,教师对教育工作的态度和热爱程度,作为教师的责任感等。

Abstract:Adopt general teacher appraise system rewards and punishments teach er appraise and expansionary teacher are it have rationality to theirs appraise at present, at the same time it have the problem that sure. In order to appraise a teacher overall objectively, can adopt many ways, many subjects to appraise a t eacher. The form that the teacher appraises the subject has leaders to appraise, the counterpart appraises, students appraise, and teachers appraise one. The fr ame that the new teacher appraises has ability, enthusiasm and working attitude achievement to form. Appraise the content includes the teacher to the textbook, daily life, guidance ability in such respects as the road ,etc. in life, teacher 's attitude toward educational work and love degree, regarding as the teacher's responsibility,etc.
