| 摘 要： | 牢固树立科学发展观，是当前高校普遍面临的重大任务。高校要坚持用科学发展观指导思政工作的开展，形成以人为本、注重德育、服务社会、发展特色的思政工作理念；应用科学发展观，坚持教书育人、服务育人、管理育人、实践育人、文化育人、环境育人，强调教育与自我教育结合、政治理论教育与社会实践结合，推进思想政治工作的全面协调和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The great task that universities face today is to guide ideological and political work with scientific development view and thereby form people-first, moral education-focused, society-oriented and characteristics developing philosophies. To maintain the harmonious and sustainable development of ideological work, education should be conducted through effective teaching, good service, efficient management, sufficient practice, profound culture, pleasing environment, self-education and combination of political theory and social practice. |
