摘    要:文章通过介绍海南师范学院外语系英语师范生参加“3DR”教师教育课程改革实验,特别是经历“反思性教学实践”等专业实践活动的情况,分析受试着作为职前教师在专业意识、态度、知识、技能、特别是专业发展自主性方面所取得的成绩和存在的问蹈,讨论自主性对英语师范生未来专业持续发展的意义。

The Professional Development of EFL Student Teachers in "3DR" Teacher Education Program

Abstract:The paper introduces the EFL student teachers' growth in an innovative EFL teacher education program known as "3DR" in the Foreign Languages Department, Hainan Teachers College since 2000. The analyses & discussion on the findings of the experiment suggest that the development of professional competence in the 380 testees including their professional attitude & awareness, pedagogical knowledge & skills, esp. their autonomy for professional development which is achieved in the program, particularly in their reflective teaching practice, is significant for their ongoing development as pre-service teachers.
