| 摘 要： | 陈云作为党的卓越领导人,在其党建思想中包含着丰富的民主集中制思想,他论述了坚持民主集中制思想的重要性和必要性;分析了民主和集中的关系,进一步阐释了民主集中制的科学内涵;并从充分发扬党内民主、坚持"四个服从"、坚持集体领导和个人分工负责相结合等几个方面论述了如何坚持民主集中制.

| Abstract: | As a super excellent leader of our party, Chen Yun's party constructing thoughts contain abundant democratic centralism thoughts. He discussed the significance of persevering in democratic centralism and analyzed the relations between democracy and centralism to post the meaning of democratic centralism. He talked about how to persevering in democratic centralism from several aspects, such as democracy in our party, four obedience and the combining of being leaded by collectivity and being taken charge by individual. |
