| 摘 要： | 政治接力对于执政党的建设至关紧要.第二代一建立,邓小平就在安排接班的问题.为了顺利实现第二代到第三代的政治接力,邓小平以身作则废除干部领导职务上的终身制,并倾注晚年毕生心血,着力培养第三代.以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体与时俱进、开拓创新、不负众望;从第二代到第三代,堪称执政党政治接力的成功典范.

| Abstract: | Political handover is vital to the construction of the ruling party.As soon as the second leading generation is determined,Deng Xiaoping focuses on the issue of succession arrangements.In order to achieve a smooth second generation to the third generation of political handover,Deng Xiaoping has set an example of leadership abolishing life tenure on the job.The third leading generation with Jiang Zemin as the core advances with the times.This is a successful nonesuch in political handover from the second generation to third one. |
