| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着国家对校长培训工作的重心下移及专项经费投入的加大,对农村学校校长的培养成为中小学校长培训工作的重点。文中基于对黑龙江农垦建三江分局校长进行长达近一年的研修培训实践,研究探索出长周期、脱岗研修的模式是一种有效提高农村校长理论水平和实践能力的系统性培训模式。

| Abstract: | Recently,the govermment pays more attention to the further education for the presidents of the elementry or middle schools,especially for rural Schoolmasters.Based on the nearly one-year training of the Schoolmasters of the Agriculture Bureau of Heilongjiang Agricultrual Reclamation Department Jiansanjing Branch,the paper studies a long-period,efficient and useful training model to improve the theory level and practice ability of rural Schoolmasters. |
