| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校进入了战略联盟高发期,而知识联盟是我国高校联盟的主要形式。SICA模型是企业知识联盟协同创新的过程模型,借用这一模型提出高校知识联盟协同创新过程可分为知识分享聚合、知识重组整合、知识激活创新和知识积累内化四个阶段,其过程具有隐蔽性、双向性、循环性和协同性等特点,为此提出了高校知识联盟组建的前提以及运行与激励机制。

| Abstract: | At present,our national universities have entered a high-incidence period of strategic alliance, and universities knowledge alliance is the main form of universities alliance. SICA model is a process model of enterprise knowledge alliance synergetic innovation,which reveals that the process of universities knowledge alliance synergetic innovation is divided into four-phase,such as knowledge sharing and polymerization, knowledge reorganization and consolidation,knowledge inspiration and innovation and knowledge accumulation and internalization, as well as its processes are in hidden,bi-directional, cyclicity and synergetic ,etc. To this end ,this study presents universities knowledge alliance established premise as well as its operation and incentive mechanism. |
