| 摘 要： | 大学生学科竞赛是培养和提高学生创新能力和实践能力的重要载体,具有常规教学不可及的特殊的创新教育功能,对优化人才培养过程和提高教育质量有着独特的不可替代的作用。结合学科竞赛的特点以及对创新人才培养的作用,可以从完善组织机构、建立激励机制、完善硬件建设、建立创新基地、加强队伍建设、注重梯队培养、建立联动机制、深化教学改革等方面促进创新人才培养。

| Abstract: | The subject competition of university students is one of the most important carriers for increasing innovative and practical abilities. It contains special educational function,which cannot be replaced by normal teaching. Also,it has a lot of non-substitutable effects, such as optimize talent training process and improve educational quality. The paper illustrates the effective approachs to promote the cultivation of innovative talents by combining the features of subject competition with the roles of innovation talents training,improving organization structure, establishing excitation mechanism, perfecting hardware construction, setting up innovation bases,enhancing the team construction,paying attention to echelon training,setting up linkage mechanism, deepening teaching reform, and other aspects. |
