| 摘 要： | 教育的本质是文化育人,加强大学教学文化建设是提高高等教育质量、建设高等教育强国的必然选择。大学教学文化具有崇真尚实、自由民主、鼓励创新、追求卓越、兼容并包的精神内涵,以实现人的全面发展的教学之矢作为大学教学文化的逻辑起点,凝练教学文化的核心元素,建立校园文化标识系统,丰富第二课堂活动,树立先进典型,发挥大学教学文化培育和教化、陶冶和塑造、凝聚和激励等多重功能,发挥教学文化的育人功能,切实提高高等教育质量。

| Abstract: | In essence ,education is cultural education. Strengthen the construction of university teaching culture is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of higher education ,building the country into one with strong higher education. In order to achieve the comprehensive development of the teaching as a university teaching culture logical starting point to create a university teaching culture education environment,fostering university teaching facts, freedom and independence, encouraging innovation, excellence, inclusive spiritual culture,highlighting educational function of teaching culture,effectively improving the quality of higher education. |
