| 摘 要： | 我国高校毕业生的就业政策经历了不同的发展阶段,从其政策变迁可以看出,在维系政府大学生就业公共管理的核心主体的同时,我国不断加强非政府公共组织和社会公众等社会管理主体在大学生就业中的作用。现代社会管理要求政府并不是直接参与大学生就业,而应该是为大学生就业提供基本的公共产品和公共服务。

| Abstract: | China＇s college graduates employment policy has gone through different stages of development. From the policy change can be seen,at the same time continuing to treat government as a core body of public administration, we further to strengthen non-governmental organizations and the general public and other social management body＇s role in college graduates employment. Modem society management requirements of the government is not directly involved in,but should provide basic public goods and public services for college graduates employment. |
