| 摘 要： | 马克思的公平正义观作为中国共产党人追求公平正义、促进社会和谐的理论指导，有一个形成发展的过程。在早期，由于唯物史观的创立，马克思批判了资产阶级抽象的公平观，把公平正义的实现建立在科学的基础之上。在中期，马克思深入到政治经济学的批判当中，揭示了资本主义社会形式上的公正和实质上的不公正。在晚年，马克思指出无产阶级要求的公平正义只能是在共产主义的高级阶段才能实现。保障社会公平正义是构建社会主义和谐社会的基本条件。马克思的公平正义观贯穿着历史唯物主义和历史辩证法的基本原则，对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的方法论意义。

| Abstract: | Marx＇ s view of equity and justice, as a theory of the Chinese communist party members pursing equity and justice and promoting the harmony of society, is a developing course. When he was young, because of the establishment of the historical materialism, Marx critiqued the bourgeois nonobjective view of equity and justice and made a scientific foundation of equity and justice. When he was middle-aged, Marx penetrated into the political economics critique and revealed the external equity and justice and internal inequity and injustice. When he was old, Marx pointed that only in the advanced period of communism can come true the equity and justice the proletariat wanted. It is an essential qualification of constructing a harmonious society of socialism to guarantee the equity and justice of society. Marx＇s view of equity and justice, contains the fundamental principle of the historical materialism and the historical dialectics, has a significant methodological meaning of a harmonious society of socialism. |
