| Abstract: | MOOC has a strong influence on the internalization of higher education. Colleges and universities should integrate MOOC into the construction of curriculum, creating an online learning culture with the innovative mode of flipped classroom, online learning and blended learning. Internationalized teaching and stimulative policies are mapped out to encourage teachers to take advantage of open educational resources in classroom teaching, establish high-level Sino-foreign labs and graduate schools to train top talents as the center of higher education internalization, consolidate the internationalized construction of curriculum and develop internationalization-oriented high quality MOOC |
