大体积混凝土施工防裂措施

摘    要:在浇筑大体积混凝土时,水泥在水化过程中会产生大量的热量无法及时散发出去,使混凝土内部与表面温差可达50—70℃,这就会产生较大的温度变形和温度应力而产生裂缝。具体防裂技术措施有:选用合理的水泥品种和外加剂;采用低温的水和骨料搅拌混凝土;优化混凝土浇筑方案;加强混凝土的养护。通过以上措施可减少混凝土的内外温差,有效地防止混凝土开裂。

Abstract:When pouring mass concrete, the cement produces plenty of heat which can not give off timely during the process of hydratization. It makes the differential temperature between the interiors and the surfaces of the concrete as high as 50-70℃, which will cause larger deformation and stress due to temperature and cracking on concrete. The specific anti-cracking measures are as follows: choose the proper type of cement and additive; adopt low-temperature water and aggregate agitation concrete; optimize concrete pouring scheme; enhance concrete curing. By the above measures, it can reduce the differential temperature, monitor the interiors and surfaces temperature of the concrete and prevent the concrete from cracking.
