| 摘 要： | 我国的人才市场随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立与完善和改革开放的进一步深化得到了快速发展,特别是为了用人制度改革和人才资源的合理配置产生积极的作用。同时,我国的人才市场也面临着市场秩序乱、法律法规不健全、市场定位不清、市场主体单一、中介组织发育滞后等问题,本文就此进行了探讨,并提出加强规划管理、健全法规、推进人才主体到位、完善服务功能与质量、加快专业市场建设等措施与建议。

| Abstract: | The employment market in our country has developed quickly with th e establishment and improvement of socialist market economy system and deepening of refrom and opening to the outside world.Furthermore,it has a positive effect on the reform of employment system and national collocation of talent resources. But the employment market also faces with a lot of problems,such as disorder of the market,imperfectness of laws and regulations,obscurity of market orientation ,and etc.This article is intended to probe and make suggestions on strengthening programme management, emplifying laws and regulations,advancing talent's arriva l at the post,perfecting service function and quality,and speeding up the constr uction of professional market as well. |
