| 摘 要： | 利用引种仙客来的叶片为外植体进行组织培养愈伤组织和体细胞胚诱导 ,在MS +BA 2 (mg L ,下同 ) +KT 0 2 +2 ,4_D 0 5或MS +BA 2 +KT 0 2 +NAA 0 5的培养基上 ,均能诱导愈伤组织、胚状体和丛生芽 ,其诱导率为 10 0 % .

| Abstract: | The leaves explants from Cyclamen persicum were cultured on MS media composed of different phytohormone, to induce callus and somatic embryos, then to regenerate individual plantlet. The callus from leaves and somatic embryos from the callus were easy to induce and propagated rapidly. The results showed the callus, somatic embryo and shoot were beneficial to growth and the propagated coefficient was high on MS+BA 2(mg/L)+KT 0 2(mg/L)+2,4_D 0 5(mg/L) and MS+BA 2+KT 0 2+NAA 0 5. |
