| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化趋势逐步加快、信息网络化逐步形成、社会主义市场经济体制不断完善、医学研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训相结合的新形势下,医学院校研究生思想活动的独立性、选择性、多样性和差异性不断得到增强,研究生思想政治教育面临严峻的挑战。优化医学研究生思想政治教育工作,提升医学研究生思想政治素质,根据时代精神积极转变观念,树立医学研究生思想政治教育新观念,是新媒体时代对高素质医学人才培养提出的新要求。

| Abstract: | With the gradual acceleration of economic globalization and the gradual formation of information network,the socialist market economic system has been continuously improved.Under the new situation of combination of medical postgraduate education and standardized training of residents,the independence,selectivity,diversity and difference of ideological activity between medical postgraduates are also continuously enhanced,which has made the ideological and political education of medical postgraduates face serious challenge.Therefore,how to optimize and strengthen the ideological and political education of medical postgraduates is a new requirement for training medical personnel of high quality in the new media era.In addition,a new concept of ideological and political education for medical postgraduates should be established according to the spirit of the times. |
