摘 要: | 该文作者结合培养研究生的心得,从营造科研氛围、优化教学模式、调整培养模式、注重思想教育、加强实践能力五个方面,指出了"双一流"建设背景下研究生教育过程中的几点问题,并提出了相应的解决策略,包括:打造具有凝聚力的科研团队,学术带头人潜心钻研,使团队氛围充满正能量;实施张弛有度的多元化教学模式,提高研究生的理论水平;重视研究生思想教育工作,努力做到个性化教育;邀请国外资深学者,传递权威学术影响力,实施"请进来"与"走出去"相结合的培养模式,提高研究生的国际竞争力;细化"双导师制"功能和职责,促进学生实践能力的提高。

A Brief Discussion on Postgraduate Training under the Background of"Double First Class"Construction |

Abstract: | Combining with the experience of postgraduate training,this paper puts forward some problems in the process of postgraduate education from five aspects under the background of"double first class"construction:constructing scientific research atmosphere,optimizing teaching mode,adjusting training mode,paying attention to ideological education,and strengthening practical ability.We should build a cohesive scientific research team with academic leaders devoting themselves to research,and the team atmosphere is full of"positive energy";the diversified teaching mode of"relaxation and degree"runs through the whole process to improve the theoretical level of graduate students;related to the diversity of students,more attention should be paid to the ideological education;we should invite foreign senior scholars to pass on authoritative academic influence,in order to improve the international competitiveness of graduate students through the training mode of"come in"and"go out";we should also refine the functions and responsibilities of the"double tutor system"to promote the improvement of students’practical ability. |
