| 摘 要： | 根据以往的文献综述来看,在大学生中,学习拖延是比较普遍的一种情况,这种情况对于大学生的学习、生活乃至以后的工作都是非常不利的。因此,要对造成学习拖延症的具体因素进行分析并基于因素采取有效措施,从而实现具体情况的改善。从长期的观察和数据分析来看,大学生学习拖延行为和AB型人格以及自我控制能力有显著的关系,为了进一步论证结果,该文采用了问卷调查等方法进行数据整理,并对行为和人格、控制能力关系等做了阐述,旨在为大学生拖延行为的改善提供指导和帮助。

| Abstract: | According to previous literature reviews,among college students,learning procrastination is a relatively common situation.This situation is very unfavorable for college students’study,life and future work.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the specific factors causing learning procrastination and take measures based on the factors,so as to improve the situation.According to long-term observation and data analysis,college students’learning procrastination has a significant relationship with AB personality and self-control ability.In order to further demonstrate the results,some methods including questionnaire surveys were used to organize the data,and the relationship between behavior,personality,and control ability were expounded,aiming to provide guidance and help for behavior improvement. |
