| 摘 要： | 青少年球员的训练效果决定着其成年后的竞技能力,在落后训练理念指导下成长的青少年球员,成年后的比赛理念也必是一种落后的理念。今天中国足球的落后源于几十年来青少年训练的落后,源于中国足球训练理念的落后,使得中国足球的水平现状成为一种必然。从训练学的角度对青少年足球训练理念进行综合评述,试图理清我国青少年足球训练中的弊端,为人们进行有效的训练,提高中国足球水平抛砖引玉。

| Abstract: | The Chinese football drops behind other countries lie in lag of the teenagers training and training theory,which resulted in Chinese football in a lower level.The author analyzes the training theory comprehensively from the perspective of the theories of sport training.And try to find out the shortcoming,aiming to promote the training effect and the competitive ability of china's football. |
