言语交际中的安慰策略

摘    要:安慰在言语交际中经常作为一种言语行为。当听话者遭受不幸、挫折而处于忧伤、气愤、痛苦等消极情绪状态时,说话者往往会采取安慰语来减轻或消除这种情绪。通过对安慰语的考察,得出汉语中指导安慰的五大策略。

Abstract:Consoling has been regarded as a speech act in speech communication.When the hearer is in the sorrow,anger and pain mood for suffering from misfortune and setback,the speaker will make use of consoling words to lessen or remove this mood.Through the research of consoling words,this paper has concluded five strategies to guide consoling in Chinese.
